# Demo script (3 minutes) Say this, click that. Demo only what works today: the map, the Moon/Mars toggle, the ranked table, the detail view and the custom profile builder. Say the data pipeline is planned. 0. (0:00) "This is a frontend prototype. It runs on a curated sample dataset bundled with the app: eight of the thirteen parameters are measured and reproducible from the scripts in this repo, five are our own estimates. A live NASA data pipeline is our next step." 1. (0:15) "Hi, we are CosmoCode, 2nd year CSE. NASA's challenge: find places on Earth that analog the permanent Moon base and Mars. We built a web app that ranks 24 real sites against Moon and Mars conditions, and shows every line of math." 2. (0:35) "This is the map and the ranked table. Each marker is a real site, colored by score under the Mars profile. Satellite layer, hillshade layer, no API keys." 3. (1:00) "Two built-in profiles: Moon base and Mars base. Flip them and the ranking recomputes instantly." 4. (1:25) "And you can build your own. Presets: Lunar geology, Mars arid, Mars aqueous. Watch the biggest movers as I apply the aqueous preset. Rio Tinto climbs." 5. (1:55) "Click a site: per-parameter breakdown, similarity chart, confidence, and the NASA sources behind it." 6. (2:15) "Honesty beat: this marker is dashed, the data is sparse. And radiation and pressure score zero for every Earth site, because Earth shields us. We show that instead of hiding it." 7. (2:35) "Filter, sort, export CSV. Everything you need is in docs/, also served from the app." 8. (2:50) "To be clear about scope: the live NASA data pipeline is planned. Today eight of the thirteen parameters are measured and reproducible from our scripts, and five are our own estimates, labelled as such in the app." 9. (3:00) "Thanks. Questions?"
